Beemmo, the new generation real estate agency, is launching into the market of the Côte d’Azur. The startup based in Sophia-Antipolis aims to shake up the established order in a highly competitive sector.
After the digitalization of finance and insurance, it is now the turn of the real estate sector to reinvent itself. This is the case with Beemmo, which has chosen to digitalize the real estate transaction process. To stand out, the brand relies on an innovative model for an immediate client result: no commission and a fixed fee of €4,990 paid upon success.
No commission…but a fixed all-inclusive fee of €4,990
Beemmo reduces agency fees with a fixed fee of €4,990 regardless of the value of the property being sold. Today, when you want to sell your property, two options are available to you: entrust your property to a traditional agency that will take a commission based on the value of the property, thus increasing the sale price which makes it less attractive, or opt for ads between individuals, which require time and real expertise to carry out the sale (uncontrolled market prices, difficult assessment of the buyer’s borrowing capacity…).
Beemmo is a third solution that offers its clients support throughout the transaction: property valuation, production of quality photographs and an attractive advertisement broadcasted on all existing platforms (SeLoger, leboncoin, logicimmo…), management and filtering of phone calls, management of viewings and purchase offers, and assistance until the signing at the notary’s office.
A disruptive sales model…with an average saving of €10,000
Beemmo was born from the personal experience of the founders, one of them, Enis Sliti, a graduate of ESC Skema and the University of Dauphine, explains: “There is no algebraic justification for paying fees based on a percentage of the transaction value, which averages 5%. Between a studio in Nice and another in Cap d’Antibes, sold at twice the price, the work is the same. Yet in some neighborhoods, property prices are inflated by exorbitant commissions. I was personally faced with this issue a few years ago when purchasing my apartment.”
