Benoît Kandel, the candidate from the right and the independents for the municipal elections in Nice, declares himself concerned about the deterioration of the city center. This is why he signed the charter of the association for the defense of small retailers “EN TOUTE FRANCHISE” (E.T.F).
Indeed, city centers, and particularly that of Nice, have lost numerous local businesses. Already in 2016, the E.T.F association conducted a study on Nice which highlighted the numerous commercial vacancies. Since then, their number has continued to increase.
In the face of this economic and also ecological disaster of city centers, the E.T.F association has decided to offer municipal candidates the opportunity to sign a charter aimed at defending and revitalizing city center businesses. Benoît Kandel, concerned about the well-being of the people of Nice and the future of Nice, decided to sign this charter.
