Stéphanie Nucera, a dietitian, will be speaking live on the CDOS 06 Facebook page on the topic: “Dietary and Nutrition Advice During Confinement.”

The Alpes Maritimes Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee will organize a live session this Thursday at 5 PM on its Facebook page CDOS 06, addressing athletes as well as anyone in need of advice.

There will also be a dedicated time for an exchange with the public in a “questions/answers” live format!
