Franck Goldnadel reappointed as head of the Côte d’Azur Airports

Franck Goldnadel is reappointed for five years as head of Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur. He will continue the group’s development with the “Azur 2030” strategy, focused on optimization, connectivity, and ecological transition.

The Supervisory Board of Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur has confirmed the reappointment of Franck Goldnadel in his role as Chairman of the Executive Board. He will continue his mandate for an additional five years.

Appointed in 2020, Franck Goldnadel was in office during a period marked by the health crisis. Under his leadership, Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur strengthened its international network with 13 new long-haul connections. The extension of Terminal 2 of Nice Airport was launched. In terms of environment, the group’s three platforms achieved level 4+ of the Airport Carbon Accreditation, recognizing efforts towards the ecological transition.

Franck Goldnadel stated: “I am honored by the trust that is once again placed in me by the shareholders and I am committed to continuing my efforts to make the Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur group a European reference and a major player in the ecological transition in the air transport sector.”

A confirmed roadmap

The Supervisory Board validated the “Azur 2030” strategy. It is based on the optimization of infrastructure and processes, passenger experience and controlled growth, sustainability and energy efficiency, accessibility and territorial connectivity.

Andrea Mangoni, CEO of Mundys, ACA’s main shareholder, emphasized the role of Nice Airport in the group’s international strategy. “We will continue to support Franck and his team, with the common goal of creating one of the best airports in the country.”

A graduate of the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, Franck Goldnadel made a career within the ADP group. He successively managed Orly and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airports before joining Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur in 2020.
