Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur offers a free program to help small businesses in priority neighborhoods structure their growth and create jobs. Two courses are available to companies based on their age, with 12 months of support including advice, training, and networking.
Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur, in partnership with Bpifrance, the Banque des Territoires, and the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, offers a support system designed for leaders of [very small businesses](https://www.nicepremium.fr/actualite/premiere-rentree-des-entrepreneurs-au-hub-de-linnovation-nicois/) (TPE) located in a City Priority Neighborhood (QPV). This program aims to support the growth of local businesses and promote job creation.
Leaders can choose between two pathways tailored to their level of development:
– Small Business Growth Accelerator: for companies that have been in existence for more than three years and wish to boost their activity. This program will host 15 companies in the Southern Region, including two in the Alpes-Maritimes.
– Creation-Development Accelerator: for TPEs less than three years old in the structuring phase. Fifteen companies will be selected in the Alpes-Maritimes.
The support is based on three axes: individualized strategic advice, action-training to strengthen leaders’ skills, and networking with a group of experts and economic decision-makers.
Twelve months to structure growth
The program lasts one year and offers entrepreneurs concrete tools to optimize their economic model, improve their productivity, and strengthen their internal organization. It also includes solutions to attract and retain talent, as well as opportunities for access to financing.
Following a successful first edition, Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur launches a new call for applications. Interested parties have until May 11 to submit their application. This program is primarily aimed at companies less than three years old with a turnover greater than €30,000.
Interested leaders can obtain more information and apply online on the [Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur](https://www.initiative-nca.fr/) website.
