The Nice Jazz Festival 2025 will be held from July 24 to 27 with 28 groups on two stages. The program will mix renowned artists, young talents, and activities for all audiences.
From July 24 to 27, 2025, Nice will host a new edition of the Nice Jazz Festival. The event, entrenched in the musical landscape for decades, is expanding this year with the presence of 28 groups, four more than the previous edition. Two stages will host the artists: the Théâtre de Verdure and the Masséna stage.
This year again, the festival highlights iconic figures of jazz, internationally recognized artists, and emerging talents. Among them, Santa, a Victoire de la Musique award winner, Christian McBride, multiple Grammy Award winner, and Jorja Smith, with her unique voice. Fans of the fusion between jazz and other styles will enjoy Edouard Pennes, Raye, and Masego. The festival will also welcome legends like The Cookers and young talents like Tyreek McDole. The price will be €45 for an adult with the possibility of getting a pass for several days. Group rates are also available.
Four more groups compared to last year
Christian Estrosi, the mayor of Nice, emphasized the festival’s ambition: “The jazz of tomorrow is being played today in Nice. It is with this ambition that we strive to place the Nice Jazz Fest at the forefront of musical creation and exploration. In 2025, there will be not 24, but 28 groups performing during four suspended evenings in the heart of the city, where artists with diverse influences will offer performances that are already shaping up to be unforgettable.”
Beyond the concerts, the festival offers an experience village open to all, a space dedicated to children and various activities. It’s a way to keep the spirit of jazz alive beyond the stages, and to offer an event accessible to both enthusiasts and curious attendees.
