After more than 2,000 km on the roads of France, the classic cars of the 2025 Tour Auto will cross their final stretch in Nice on Saturday, April 12. The city will host the finish of this historic race for the fourth time since its rebirth in 1992.

The 34th edition of the Tour Auto will conclude this Saturday, April 12, on the French Riviera. Starting from the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte on April 8, the convoy will have passed through Dijon, Mulhouse, Clermont-Ferrand, and Villeneuve-lez-Avignon before reaching Nice for the final arrival. This rally combines open roads and historic circuits over nearly 2,200 kilometers.

Nice has already hosted the final stage of the Tour Auto three times. This year, it will again with an arrival planned at the Quai des États-Unis. A vehicle exhibition will be set up there. Access is granted upon presentation of the official program.

Among the models in the race, two cars are particularly anticipated: the Alpine A106, celebrating its 70th birthday, and the Lancia Stratos. These models are part of automotive history and attract both the curious and the knowledgeable.

For the organizers, it is about sharing a passion. “The Tour Auto is a rolling museum, a living memory of competition,” says a member of the Peter Auto team, who was behind the event’s revival in 1992.

Entertainment and Safety on the Agenda

Alongside the arrival, an entertainment village is set up on Esplanade Jacques Cotta near the bandstand. Access is free. Visitors can discover an inflatable circuit, a road safety awareness workshop, and several partner stands.

Each stage of the Tour Auto allows spectators to get close to the vehicles, interact with the teams, and delve into a time when car racing had a different face. In Nice, the meeting is set for enthusiasts and curious people of all ages.

The arrival of the Tour Auto will mark the end of a journey that combines sport, heritage, and transmission.
