PraxiFinance, a specialist in monetizing real estate assets, continues its expansion. In March 2025, the company will open an office in Nice, at 38 rue Pastorelli.
Many property owners in Nice have solid real estate assets but lack liquidity. However, the real estate market has experienced a decline in recent years. In 2023, the value of assets held by French households decreased by 4.7%, according to Insee and the Bank of France. This downturn is explained by the increase in the European Central Bank’s key interest rates, which has made mortgage loans more expensive and slowed demand. Prices continued to fall at the beginning of 2024 before stabilizing.
The Nice office will host six specialists from the fields of private banking, wealth management, and high-end real estate. They will support individuals and professionals in their financing projects.
Boris Intini, CEO of PraxiFinance, will lead this expansion. He explains: “Our clients have a good situation and substantial assets, but they lack liquidity. Our monetization solutions enable property owners to obtain liquidity from their real estate to meet all kinds of needs.”
35 years of expertise and diverse solutions
For 35 years, PraxiFinance has been assisting individuals and professionals with solutions tailored to financial needs that traditional banks do not cover. In 2024, the company disbursed 65 million euros and receives nearly 1,000 requests for expertise per month.
PraxiFinance’s solutions allow financing of inheritances, settling tax or social debts, supporting entrepreneurs, or financing personal projects such as renovations, travel, or studies.
In a context of a declining real estate market, PraxiFinance offers an alternative for property owners wishing to optimize their assets. With this new establishment in Nice, the company aims to become a key player in the region.
