Adsearch opens its 11th office in France. This is the first one in the Alpes-Maritimes.
Located at the Nice Aéropôle, Adsearch’s offices are gradually being set up. Inaugurated a few days ago, they now need to be fitted out. “We received chairs today”, smiles Marie Perrier, manager of the Azur office. The young woman has a reason to smile. She is now at the head of her own office: “It’s a great accomplishment. I had to show that I could be the right person to successfully lead this project.” Adsearch is a recruitment consulting firm focused on executives and middle management. About sixty positions are already available.
These positions cover around ten sectors: banking/insurance, finance/legal, construction, real estate, IT and digital, industry, fashion/retail/luxury, sales/marketing, supply chain, and audit/accounting expertise. “Our role is to support companies that are growing, diversifying, digitalizing, and establishing themselves in the region to help them attract the best talents. Our specialty is HR consulting and the co-creation of tailor-made recruitment solutions for our clients”, explains Augustin Fournier, manager of the southern region offices.
“Being able to provide employment”
Adsearch has a total of 11 offices in France. None was established in the Alpes-Maritimes. Given the exceptional geographic location of the department, this was an anomaly pointed out by Augustin Fournier: “The assets of the metropolis, its road and airport infrastructure, and its sea-sun-mountain promise are attracting more and more executives looking for new jobs.” All conditions seem to be favorable for Adsearch’s growth in Nice.
The firm also has long-term goals. Currently, the Nice office has two consultants. Adsearch hopes to have ten within the next three years. “We are a brand-new firm. We want to maintain our uniqueness, with our values of simplicity, kindness, and listening.
