This partnership agreement, which is fully in line with the dynamics of a “small business act” for the companies in the metropolis, will thus allow certain innovative companies and start-ups originating from incubators such as the Business Nursery (CEEI) of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis to be included in the solutions catalog offered by UGAP.
UGAP (Union of Public Purchasing Groups) is an industrial and commercial public establishment of the State under the supervision of the Minister responsible for the budget and the Minister responsible for National Education. It is the only “generalist” public purchasing center in France and is committed to public policies (SMEs, innovation, sustainable development) and operates according to a “buy for resale” model (acquisition of supplies or services intended for buyers).
