The treatment of chocolate under the hands of the pastry genius is a beautiful and interesting reflection of the polychromy of tree barks immortalized by the photographer [Cédric Pollet](https://www.cedric-pollet.com).

The pastry chefs partnered with the exhibition include: Jean-Christophe Bonello – Pâtisserie Serain Cappa in Nice; Philippe Brito – Pâtisserie Philippe Brito in Cannes; Christian Camprini (M.O.F) – Chocolaterie Christian Camprini in Valbonne.
