Since their childhood, both have learned their trade in their parents’ restaurants (Thomas at the famous “Lou Pantail” and Michela in Sardinia) and in demanding gastronomic establishments. Their cuisine is a true gastronomic pleasure, full of tradition, creativity, and sharing!
Passionate and hardworking, our young couple offers carefully prepared products and dishes using fresh ingredients. Their suppliers are exclusively local and Italian artisans. They prioritize the quality of each ingredient to delight taste buds!

How would you define the role of a caterer?
“Being passionate about cooking and service. It’s a demanding job that requires a lot of time; we start at 4:30 AM and finish at 7:30 PM. Our entirely homemade cuisine requires organization, rigor, and versatility. As well as listening to and advising customers while envisioning their meal!”
What do you wish to convey through your cuisine?
“Bringing joy through simple offerings. Showing that something wonderful and extraordinary can be found by simply cooking with quality ingredients.”
What are your latest creations?
“We create aperitif platters with cold cuts, cheeses, and ricotta bread. We offer pasta boxes prepared on the spot, focaccias, and sandwiches for a quick lunch. Everything is homemade, even our bread!”
What are your plans?
“To continue this lovely culinary path. Established for two years, we are happy with the positive feedback and regular customers. We are considering expanding our services: private events, home cooking, culinary workshops… so many ideas to share our passion!”
