Charles Ange GINESY sent a letter to Olivier VERAN, the Minister of Solidarity and Health, requesting that serological testing be immediately initiated for the residents and staff of the EHPAD “La Riviera” in Mougins.
The President of the Departmental Council justified this request by stating: “This facility alone has nearly as many COVID-19 victims as the entire department, which has a population of one million: 29 deaths.”
