1. By Bicycle! – Mathias Mlekuz

Mathias Mlekuz, known for his talent as an actor and director, takes us on a touching human adventure By Bicycle! Alongside Philippe Rebbot and his own son, Josef Mlekuz, he plays a bereaved father. He decides to travel by bike the route that his son had started before his disappearance.

From the Atlantic to the Black Sea, Mathias embarks his best friend Philippe on a bicycle road trip. Together they will retrace the journey that Youri, his son, had started before he tragically disappeared. An epic journey that they will undertake with tenderness, humor, and emotion.

2. A Real Pain – Jesse Eisenberg

Jesse Eisenberg steps behind the camera with A Real Pain, a dramedy where he shares the screen with Kieran Culkin and Will Sharpe. The film follows two cousins with opposite personalities who travel to Poland to honor their grandmother’s memory. This coming-of-age journey confronts them with their differences and family secrets. The shooting took place in the picturesque streets of Warsaw.

3. Queer – Luca Guadagnino

The acclaimed director Luca Guadagnino returns with Queer, a dramedy starring Daniel Craig, Drew Starkey, and Jason Schwartzman. This is an adaptation of the eponymous novel by William S. Burroughs. Daniel Craig, mainly known for his role as James Bond, delivers a poignant performance that differs from his previous roles.

In 1950s Mexico, Lee, an American, leads a disillusioned life within a community of expatriates. The arrival of the young Allerton will upheave Lee’s existence and awaken feelings he thought were forgotten.

4. The Life Ahead of Me – Nils Tavernier

Nils Tavernier immerses us in a dark period of history with The Life Ahead of Me, a historical drama starring Guillaume Gallienne, Violette Guillon, and Adeline D’Hermy. The film explores human resilience in the face of adversity and sheds light on little-known stories of World War II. The film has been praised for its faithful and moving historical reconstruction.

In 1942, Tauba, a spirited teenager, narrowly escapes with her parents from the Vel’ d’Hiv roundup. A couple, the Dinanceaus, offers to hide them temporarily in a tiny attic room of their building, under the roofs of Paris, until things calm down. 5. Attack on Titan: The Final Attack – Yuichiro Hayashi

Fans of Japanese animation will be thrilled to discover Attack on Titan: The Final Attack, directed by Yuichiro Hayashi. This dramatic action film concludes the epic that began with the successful series, where humanity struggles for survival against the titans.
