For the 7th year of the game festival in Clans, the associations “On sort le grand jeu” and “Le Zampi” wanted to pay tribute to the countries of the rising sun.
The Western world owes much to the contribution of Oriental games. Asia is the mother of many universes, providing an opportunity to present an entire pop culture world that has promoted gaming in all its forms at the heart of our favorite pastimes.
Entry to the festival is free, with food and camping available on-site throughout the weekend, and activities running continuously.
On the program: the 2nd edition of the Tremagne Prize, which rewards board game prototypes; the 1st edition of the “fil rouge” to explore the festival’s activities; demonstration and initiation tables for numerous board, role-playing, and social games; escape games; treasure hunts; murder mystery parties; giant wooden games; cosplay contests; tournaments of Araksay (previous winner of the Tremagne Prize), mahjong, chess, molkky, and belote; origami and kabuki mask stands; “Kawaii & Superflat” exhibition featuring artists from Japanese and manga-inspired universes; and many other surprises.
