The shooting of March 26, 1962, will be commemorated on Sunday, March 26, 2017, at Alsace Lorraine Garden.
Personalities, leaders, and members of organizations from the Repatriate, Harki, and Combatant communities will pay tribute to the dozens of people who lost their lives on this tragic day, as well as the hundreds who were injured.
A wreath in memory of the victims of the tragic events on Rue d’Isly, located in the center of Algiers, will be laid at the stele in Alsace Lorraine Garden.
