The Regional Health Agency of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur has triggered the white plan at the regional level. A decision made by the ARS due to a continuously increasing Covid-19 epidemic, which, at the beginning of December, is reaching very significant levels.
The decision was made at the beginning of this week. Given the indicators of epidemic pressure in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region and thus in the Alpes-Maritimes, the Regional Health Agency has triggered the white plan for all public and private healthcare establishments.
This plan, established in the law since 2004, organizes hospital and clinic services to handle an increase in attendance. With exceptional sanitary measures, the hospitals in the French Riviera are thus reorganizing their reception, patient flow, care management, etc.
