EDHEC Nice: Creation of a specialized Finance program

jpg_IMG_7354.jpgEDHEC confirms its positioning in Finance education. Indeed, following a revamp of the Grande Ecole program, a specialized Finance track taught entirely in English has been opened on the Nice Campus, which already includes more generalist programs such as ESPEME and the MBA. The choice of the Nice Campus is mainly explained by the presence of the prestigious EDHEC Risk Institute research center led by Noël Amenc, whose numerous works are authoritative on an international level in the field of financial markets.

The new Financial Economics track includes a second year and a series of third-year specializations. Nearly 200 students have chosen to join the second year, and more than 300 students have decided to enroll in one of the five Finance specializations, including Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, or Risk and Asset Management. Many foreign students complement the cohorts and offer a highly diversified international profile to a campus whose significant real estate expansions are nearing completion.

The courses of this specialized track are delivered in English by the Campus teaching team and by many high-level academic and professional contributors. The program content is organized to allow students to benefit from the academic research results of the teachers, whose themes relate to the issues of the financial industry.

For EDHEC, Finance undoubtedly remains an essential sector where Grande Ecole students, strong in their selective curriculum, can demonstrate their professionalism and technical skills both in France and internationally.
