This Wednesday, January 19, shortly before noon, gunshots were heard in downtown Nice, on rue de la Buffa.
According to the information released by Nice Matin, the shooting that erupted in the middle of the street resulted in one death. A man is actively being sought by law enforcement.
The shots reportedly began during an arrest.
