The Registry of Vulnerable and Isolated People, managed by the Social Action Community Center of the City of Nice, allows registered individuals (seniors aged 60 and over and/or adults with disabilities) to receive the necessary information and assistance in the event of an alert and emergency plan being activated.

Social link agents regularly call registered individuals, can visit their homes to provide assistance and relief if necessary, or simply offer activities, accompany them on outings, or guide them in creating new connections in a nearby environment.

In the event of an alert (Heatwave Plan, Severe Cold Plan), the agents will contact the registered seniors by phone every 48 hours, giving the necessary advice and providing assistance if needed. They may intervene at home if necessary.

The application for registration on the registry of vulnerable, isolated individuals residing in the commune of Nice is based on volunteerism. It is a preventive and citizen solidarity initiative. It remains strictly confidential.
