The In&Out festival had its debut Thursday night in Nice and last night in Cannes with a large audience in attendance. The master of ceremonies was Benoît Arnulf, the artistic director and president of the association Les ouvreurs.
Scheduled in Nice and Cannes from April 30 to May 9, 2015, the In&Out meetings have made a name for themselves and have become a must-attend event for movie enthusiasts.
This year’s theme, 2015, is coming out.
33 feature films will be showcased at this 2015 edition, and for the first time, the festival includes a competition and, of course, a jury*… naturally, gender-balanced!

For its artistic director Benoît Arnulf: “Coming out is the second act of birth for a homosexual. Acceptance starts with oneself, and then it must be accepted by others.”
The approximately 5,000 people who will watch the films screened at the Mercury in Nice and the Arcades in Cannes are there to confirm it: we must move forward!
