This morning at Jardin Albert 1er, there’s a buzz of activity to ensure everything is ready on time.
The setup of the Masséna stage area
The Masséna stage has been reconfigured for better public flow, with two large walkways on each side of the stage.
Relaxation area
The eight merchant stands are now spread across the entire site to prevent queues, and a relaxation/catering area has been set up with about fifteen wooden picnic tables available for visitors.
The Info Point
This year, 2 hostesses will be stationed at the Info Point to guide spectators and answer all their questions. A team of mobile hostesses will strengthen this setup to provide information to the public near the stages and at the entrance.
Ticketing – Welcome
A single entrance through Masséna Square, with doors expected to open between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
Partner Village
A partners’ village, renamed “Baie des Anges Space,” with a garden atmosphere, which will host about twenty partners.
Children’s Village
A free “guarded” space for parents wishing to fully enjoy the evening while children aged 4 to 10 are taken care of by a team of professional animators.
