In the field of early childhood, reducing the waiting list for daycare places is a priority. Christian Estrosi committed to this from the time of his election: more than 1,000 childcare places will be created before the end of the term.
To ensure that future and current parents are well-informed about the childcare options available in Nice and the assistance provided, the Early Childhood Service has decided to organize, for the first time in Nice, monthly information meetings in partnership with the General Council and the Family Allowance Fund.
Starting Tuesday, February 7, 2012, and subsequently every first Tuesday of the month, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, a team of professionals will be available to listen to parents and future parents (pregnant women, parents wishing to return to work…) and will answer their questions on: multi-reception facilities, family daycare, the municipal compensatory allowance, family allowances…
