Literature: Saint-Laurent-du-Var Crime Fiction Festival

10
Starting from Friday, October 11, 8:30 PM, and throughout the weekend, the crime genre will once again be celebrated in Saint-Laurent-du-Var.

With a program rich in events, fans of the genre as well as literature enthusiasts will be thrilled!
Henri Lœvenbruck will be the guest of honor. The French author, after being a teacher and journalist, fully turned to writing in the late 1990s. He then published two fantasy trilogies, La Moïra and Gallica (J’ai lu edition) which achieved significant success for a French author (300,000 copies sold for La Moïra). He moved towards thrillers and historical thrillers with titles such as L’apothicaire (Flammarion, 2011), the investigations of Gabriel Joly and his emblematic title, Le loup des Cordeliers (XO, 2019); and J’irai tuer pour vous (Flammarion, 2018), a biographical narrative with rare tension about a former DGSE agent.
In 2015, he offered readers a powerful and dark coming-of-age story with Nous rêvions juste de liberté (Flammarion). His new title, Pour ne rien regretter, will be released on October 24 at XO editions, and, while it can be read independently, will echo this title.
