From December 1 to 7, 2010, there will still be debate at the Mercury cinema.
On Friday, December 3 at 8:30 PM with Michael Rogosin, the son of Lionel Rogosin, the director of “Come Back, Africa,” a beautiful film about apartheid made in 1959. Michael Rogosin was the producer. This evening is organized in partnership with the “Cinéma Sans Frontières” association.
On Saturday, December 4, also at 8:30 PM, Marianne Roméo, the Director of the “L’Eclat” association, will present Pierre Carles’ latest film “Fin de concession,” as the director was recently a guest at Villa Arson, in partnership with Mercury, which had previously hosted him for “Choron dernière.”
On Tuesday, December 7 at 7 PM, “Vénus Noire” will be celebrated during a special evening with a presentation and debate, orchestrated by the “Ciné Café” association, in partnership with Amnesty International and Agir contre la Racisme.
The Mercury: “Art & Essai” cinema is a meeting point for all lovers of the 7th art.
