This CPOM addresses several strategic objectives:
– Enhance the quality of life for residents of the EHPAD (Elderly Care Facility) and the FAM (Medicalized Care Home)
– Improve the care provided to elderly individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders
– Promote complete kindness towards patients
– Optimize the administrative and financial management of the facility.
As part of this, it includes two major projects:
– The creation of services dedicated to the care of Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, with a strengthened accommodation unit, an activities and adapted care center (PASA), and a day care service
– The expansion of 15 permanent accommodation places and 5 temporary places for disabled adults.
By signing this CPOM, the Department commits to a cumulative funding of 8 million euros (EHPAD + FAM) over the period of 2018-2022.
