1. Babygirl – Halina Reijn
The Dutch director Halina Reijn, known for her bold approach to cinema, presents us Babygirl, an erotic thriller featuring Nicole Kidman, Harris Dickinson, and Antonio Banderas. Kidman plays Romy, a successful CEO who embarks on an illicit affair with her young intern, played by Dickinson. The film made a sensation at its premiere at the Venice Film Festival, where Kidman received the Best Actress award, which she dedicated to her recently deceased mother. The film is not suitable for children under 12.

2. I’m Still Here – Walter Salles
The Brazilian director Walter Salles, known for Motorcycle Diaries (2004) and Central Station (1998), returns with I’m Still Here, a poignant drama set during the Brazilian military dictatorship of the 1970s. The phenomenal film with three million admissions stars Fernanda Montenegro, Fernanda Torres, and Selton Mello, and offers a deep exploration of family resilience in the face of political oppression.

3. The Fourth Wall – David Oelhoffen
David Oelhoffen, director of Far From Men (2014), takes us to Lebanon in 1982 with The Fourth Wall. This captivating drama follows Georges, played by Laurent Lafitte, who attempts to stage the play Antigone in the heart of a war-torn Beirut with actors from different camps.
Lebanon, 1982. To honor a promise made to an old friend, Georges travels to Beirut for a project as utopian as it is risky: staging Antigone to snatch a moment of peace in the heart of a fratricidal conflict. The characters will be played by actors from different political and religious factions. Lost in a city and a conflict he knows nothing about, Georges is guided by Marwan. 4. For Love – Elise Otzenberger
Elise Otzenberger returns with For Love, an intimate drama led by Cécile de France. The film explores the complexities of romantic and family relationships, offering a deep reflection on the choices and sacrifices one makes for love.
