The association “Les Papillons” aims to combat the abuse that children suffer. The goal of this association is to install mailboxes in all schools and sports clubs so that children who are victims of any form of abuse can contact the association if they feel the need, and thus find the support they may require.
OGC Nice, which has established Childhood as one of the priorities of its civic policy, naturally partnered with the association “Les Papillons”. As a result, a mailbox has been installed at the OGC Nice football school.
In parallel, an awareness campaign about how to react if they are victims or witnesses of violence or harassment has been launched.
OGC Nice thus becomes the first professional football club in France to take action with the association “Les Papillons”. It is also the first mailbox installed in the Alpes-Maritimes department.
The association Les Papillons can count on a prominent sponsor, Morgan Schneiderlin. The current OGC Nice player and French international will advocate for the Papillons mailbox project as well as the cause of child protection supported by this association.
