Fans’ favorite and a cornerstone of the Gym since his arrival, the defender extends his love affair with Nice
Loaned by the great Barca to OGC Nice in January 2021 to find playing time, Jean-Clair Todibo has today become one of the best players at the Nice club.
The 22-year-old central defender quickly established himself thanks to his talent and personality, forming a formidable partnership with Dante last season (2nd best in L1). Consistent and impressive in his performances, he is now essential for the team’s balance and the locker room. Given his level of performance, Todibo could have left to join a top club, but he chose to stay and thus pursue the project presented to him.
Thanks to the hard work of the new duo Fabrice Bocquet (general manager) and Jean-Florent Ghisolfi (sports director), the native of Cayenne is tied to OGC Nice until 2027.
