The holidays have been shelved as memories, the elections have resumed their importance, and to win, one must traverse the territory and meet potential voters.
The young Frontist candidate was committed to doing well and spent much of the weekend walking the streets of the villages in the hinterlands of Nice, accompanied by her local guide, Olivier Bettati, who knows the area well.
For her first official visit, a symbolic gesture, a challenge: the territory of her rival Christian Estrosi, for whom these villages are also “his” electoral constituency.
The message is clear: no fear in the ogre’s domain.
A smile here, a handshake there, the exercise had its effect. It’s true that when you’re a beautiful woman with lovely blonde hair… it goes over much better!

Plans are set for future visits and more structured events because to win an election and govern a region, you need more than just simple slogans.
Voters still have the right to know where you want to lead them. Criticizing is always easy, but now it is time to propose something else.
