Seasif Holding bets on green energy.

The vote on the climate law and the CO2 reduction targets for 2030 is set to take place this Wednesday, October 7th, in Brussels. This vote comes just after record-breaking heat in September, putting 2020 in the running to become the hottest year on record.

Ecology is a real concern that too few politicians and companies take seriously. It has become necessary to develop green and ethical energies. Franco Favilla, founder and CEO of Seasif Holding, has made it one of his main objectives.
Seasif Holding is a multinational company active in various sectors of products and services, primarily in gold and oil extraction and trade.
For Franco Favilla, it is essential to renew his sector of activity to make it more ecological and sustainable.

“At Seasif, we produce green gold”

Here, “green gold” means “the gold of the future”: the metal remains the same as the one we know, what changes is the extraction process, which is 100% ethical and sustainable. At Seasif, no pollutants are used in the manufacturing process. Mercury, in particular, has been removed from the process. Previously, it was burned in the open air, causing permanent damage to miners’ eyes and lungs and releasing a true “ecological bomb” into the atmosphere.
But to turn a company into a clean company, it’s not enough to just go “green”; one must also act ethically.

One of the scourges in this sector is the working conditions of miners: even the most basic safety standards are often lacking, workers are forced to work in inhumane conditions, and often the workers are children.
For Franco Favilla, these working conditions are unacceptable, and he makes it a point to offer a decent working environment and adhere to safety regulations.
Clean energies need to become a priority for companies, and it is important that Europe and governments take measures to push them in this direction.
“We believe in this conviction and hope for a market shift in this direction. That’s why we have created a department entirely dedicated to green initiatives. Climate change is not an abstract concept; it is very real.” Franco Favilla takes scientists’ forecasts on this subject very seriously and hopes that the European climate pact will not only be voted on but will signal the beginning of real actions taken by Europe to save our planet.
