A few weeks ago, a new gourmet and festive venue, SOHO, opened its doors in the heart of the city, replacing the brasserie La Lorraine.

With its name evocative of urban glamour, SOHO draws its inspiration from the trendy neighborhoods of London and New York. From sunny breakfasts on the terrace to festive evenings, including lunch and convivial aperitifs, this versatile spot is designed to satisfy both the residents of Nice and the many travelers eager for a gourmet break near the beach.
SOHO’s menu offers a diversity of flavors from around the world. On the menu, there are tapas to share, traditional dishes like Niçoise salad and fresh ravioli with truffles, as well as international specialties such as beef pad thai, roasted duck breast, and tuna tataki. Fancy a sweet treat? Then let yourself be tempted by the peanut heart chocolate fondant, crème brûlée, speculoos tiramisu, or apple tart.
Open daily from 8 AM to midnight, SOHO not only delights the taste buds but also promises to liven up Nice’s nightlife. With its selection of cocktails and delicious sharing dishes, the aperitif promises to be festive in the heart of the city. Throughout the summer, Live nights will be organized, featuring singers, bands, and musicians to make night owls dance until the early hours. The HOCOTEL Group
Behind this new concept is the HOCOTEL group, a major player in the gourmet and tourist offerings of the Côte d’Azur. The group has six establishments in Nice’s pedestrian area: the Univers, Suède, and Ambassador hotels, as well as the Maison Margaux, Le Magenta, and SOHO restaurants.
The Hocotel group also has ambitious plans for the future. In spring 2024, the Ambassador hotel is set to open with a promising new concept. By the end of 2024, the Suède hotel will undergo a complete renovation, followed by its reopening in 2025 with a redesigned offering.
