On Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 3 PM, Mr. Eric Ciotti, President of the Alpes-Maritimes General Council, will visit the 250 schoolchildren from the 10 specialized institutes of the department, and the 50 students from Victor Duruy Middle School, who will participate in the grand “Sport and Sharing Day,” organized by the Solidarsport association, in partnership with the General Council.
300 students gathered around respect, citizenship, and responsibilities
On this occasion, 250 schoolchildren with disabilities and 50 middle school students will take part in the grand “Sport and Sharing Day.” They will participate in the relay race organized in honor of Jean-René Bistoni, a former educator at the Rossetti Motor Education Institute (IEM) and the initiator of this initiative.
Solidarsport, the values of sharing and solidarity
The Solidarsport association organizes a day of respect each year at Victor Duruy Middle School and a day of sharing at IEM Rossetti, in partnership with the Alpes-Maritimes General Council.
This event revolves around the “Respect” Charter to share this spirit of solidarity with other specialized establishments, which is a cornerstone of life in society.
