Street art on the poster of the Nice Jazz Festival

This Thursday, July 20, at 6:30 PM, around thirty artists took on the challenge of reinterpreting the official poster of the festival. The project was initiated by Robert Roux, city councilor delegated to Art in Public Spaces.


After the success of the 2015 and 2016 editions, participants were once again able to exhibit their works around the Nice Jazz Festival. Jazz music inspired the artists because it is synonymous with creativity and freedom. The original works are on display at Palais Lascaris until September 30.

A plaque and space for Guillaume Bertolino

At 7 PM, the City of Nice paid tribute to the reporter, Guillaume Bertolino. He covered the Nice Jazz Festival every year and wrote for Nice-Matin. Today, the city inaugurated a press area in his name, as well as a plaque in his memory.
