Continuing its commitment to becoming a reference in Sustainable Development, the City of Nice is launching the 5th edition of the Environment Trophies, an ideas contest open to everyone for a greener city!
All the residents of Nice are invited, through a participatory democracy approach, to contribute as actors to the improvement of their city’s living environment by participating in the Environment Trophies.
This ideas contest includes 3 categories: Education, Association, General Public (including minors).
Projects selected by a jury will be granted financial support up to €3000 and/or logistical support from the City.
Examples of projects already realized:
Educational gardens in various primary schools, a fashion show, and an exhibition of outfits made from recycled materials…
Ecology Boxes distributed to families in energy poverty, a photography exhibition on the floral world or on the work of cleaning agents in the Metropolitan area…
An itinerant wooden path to raise public awareness about the difficulties faced by people with reduced mobility, or the exchange of ecological bags for plastic bags are, all categories combined, among the projects that have captured the jury’s attention in previous years…
