The Banff Mountain Film Festival, renowned for its programming focused on adventure and outdoor sports, will be in Nice on Monday, March 10th. This is a unique opportunity to discover spectacular images and inspiring stories on the big screen.
For 10 years, the French tour of the festival has allowed the public to experience the spirit of exploration through films selected from the best of the Canadian edition. This year, 31 screenings are organized in 30 cities, from Lille to Marseille, passing through Lyon, Bordeaux, and Strasbourg.
Viewers will be able to follow renowned athletes like Courtney Dauwalter, an ultra-runner, or Kilian Bron, a mountain biking specialist, on extreme terrains. The journey will take them through Colorado, Alaska, the Dolomites, and even the Australian Sunshine Coast.
The organizers have designed two different programs to vary the screenings according to the cities. All films are subtitled in French and accessible to the deaf and hard of hearing.
