Each year, sea storms and natural erosion carry away a significant number of pebbles from our Nice beaches. The City of Nice, as it does every year, carries out the replenishment of its coastal beaches.
5,000 m3 of pebbles will be used to nourish the public and sub-concession beaches of the Nice coastline. These pebbles are all sourced from the clearing of the Paillon, which has allowed a total extraction of 80,000 m3 of gravel.
