Nice Côte d’Azur Athletics is once again organizing La Bellet Festive, an atypical race that combines sports, local heritage, and conviviality. The event will take place on Thursday, May 1, 2025, in the heart of the Bellet vineyards.

On May 1, 2025, runners and walkers will meet in the hills of Nice for a sporty and friendly day. La Bellet Festive, launched last year, returns with two course options: 17 km or 8 km. The event is distinguished by its relaxed and costume-themed atmosphere. Participants are encouraged to come in disguise. The “La Folle Noire” prize will reward the most striking costume.

More than just a race, La Bellet Festive is an immersion into the Nice wine landscape. The route crosses the Bellet estates, with planned stops to taste the local wines. This gourmet aspect attracts both nature enthusiasts and epicureans.

Stéphane Diagana, president of the organizing club, emphasizes the spirit of the event: “After the success of the first edition, we are delighted to renew this event which perfectly illustrates the values of our club: self-improvement, pleasure, and sharing. Running in such an exceptional setting, while honoring the artisans of our region, is a unique experience that we are proud to offer.”

Registrations are already available online here. For those who prefer to wait until the last minute, it will be possible to register on the day at Leclerc Nice Saint-Isidore, which will provide refreshment points.

With this new edition, La Bellet Festive confirms its place in the local sports calendar. The goal is to offer an open race where everyone can participate at their own pace while discovering the treasures of Nice’s heritage.
