The Nice Côte d’Azur metropolis offers this concept of an “ecological café,” which is part of the climate plan. These ecological cafés will serve as a venue for exchanges and discussions to find solutions in line with the ecological transition of the agglomeration and the city of Nice.


This Tuesday, July 27, the first “positive ecology café” was held at the mirror of the Paillon water promenade in Nice.
In this setting, each resident of the metropolis will be able to regularly come to discuss, exchange, and share their experiences with the aim of generating new ideas and proposals to accelerate the ecological transition.
These exchanges will be led by the Deputy Mayor of Nice, Richard Chemla, who is also the Vice-President of the metropolis in charge of the ecological transition, as well as by other elected officials and experts living in the region.
At each meeting, a renewed group of 10 to 20 people will participate in the cafés.
