On the occasion of Rare Disease Day taking place this Monday, Parc Phoenix, the Tête Carrée, the Tour Bellanda, and the Palais de Justice will be adorned with the colors of the day: blue, pink, and green.
These monuments, illuminated for a day, will allow the people of Nice to take up the colorful challenge launched by the Alliance Maladies Rares: to take a selfie at the foot of these monuments while sporting the three colors of the international day and share it on social media with the hashtags #HerosAuQuotidien and #RareDiseaseDay.
Every year, Eurordis, the European federation of rare disease associations, coordinates with national alliances for Rare Disease Day, which is celebrated on the last day of February in more than 60 countries.
