A charter of commitment will thus be signed by Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice, and Jean Perrin, President of the UNPI, regarding the reduction of taxation in Nice and housing policy, this Tuesday at the Maison de la Métropole in Paris.
The National Union of Property Owners (UNPI) is the largest advocacy and information association for property owners in our country. It works to uphold property rights, rebalance rental relationships, develop the rental market, and reduce taxation.
Convinced of the usefulness of the UNPI’s actions and positions, the City of Nice now wishes to position itself as a partner of this association.
