At the amphitheater of Banque Populaire Méditerranée, the departmental final of the Positive Entrepreneurs Trophies was held.
This is the first time it has been organized in the Alpes-Maritimes department. Organized by the Confédération des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises sud, six categories were awarded. “Usually, when companies are rewarded, it’s for revenue, performance, but today that’s not the case. You will discover gems of the region based on the values of the business leader”, says Alain Gargani, president of CPME Region South.
Prize Giving
Designer and manufacturer of public lighting since 1927, the family business Ragni won the eco-responsibility prize.
The Solidarity Prize was awarded to Benjamin Mondou for the company Century 21 Lafage transaction, a group of ten real estate agencies comprising 75 employees. “People are at the heart of the company, and that’s why it is important to share values and good times,” notes the general director Benjamin Mondou.
The creativity prize was awarded to the company iPeper, a platform providing experts in the field of data technology.
The courage prize goes to Petit cuistot. Emmanuelle Petit founded her company in 2018 to bring craftsmanship back into style, offering home-cooked dishes to take away and catering services for events.
It is a company celebrating its 45th anniversary this year that wins the benevolence prize. The Interima group is an independent regional network for temporary work, recruitment, and training. Founded in 1978 in Nice, it is a family group founded by Pascal Raiola and led by Marc Raiola.
The last prize is the Perseverance Prize for the company DeePsy. “The entrepreneurs’ trophies are a true recognition for the work done over all these years and a resonance with the values we hold, namely passion, perseverance, and benevolence,” confides Evan Adeny, founder and CEO of DeePsy. The company offers recruitment tools, skills assessments, medical diagnostic assistance, and custom psychological tests, all in the field of human resources.
The regional final will take place on November 16 in Marseille.
