The 2011 NRJ Music Awards Winners
M. Pokora, French R’n’B and Pop singer and producer, received the NRJ “French Artist” and “Song of the Year” awards for his song ‘Juste une photo de toi.’ The singer Jenifer was named “French Artist of the Year.” Joyce Jonathan, discovered through the My Major Company label, received the “French Revelation” award. Zaho and Justin Nozuka with the song ‘Heartless’ received the “French Duo of the Year.”
On the international level, the Black Eyed Peas won the “International Group” and “Concert of the Year” awards. The artist Shakira, on her part, received the “Song of the Year” award with the track ‘Waka, waka’ and complemented this distinction with the “International Artist of the Year” award. Young Justin Bieber was named “International Revelation,” accompanied by Usher who became “International Artist of the Year.”
Finally, ‘Téléphone’ by singers Lady Gaga and Beyoncé was the video of the year. The famous French DJ and producer David Guetta was honored for his career and for his track ‘Club can’t handle me’ with FloRida.
