The Ministry of Transport unveiled yesterday the programming section of the future law, which confirms the completion of the New Provence Côte d’Azur Line.
This line is vital for the economy, for daily transportation, and to open up the Alpes-Maritimes.
In the preceding months, the European Commission had acknowledged its structural nature by including the Marseille-Genoa section in the European transport corridors.
Renaud MUSELIER, President of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region, welcomes this announcement. “After long months of discussions with the Minister of Transport and the DURON Commission, we are reaping the rewards of our investment in this structuring project for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.”
