Postponed due to bad weather, the iconic Parada Nissarda will take place this Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 10 a.m.
The Parada Nissarda is a carnaval parade organized by the associations of Nice. Launched for the first time in 2015, it includes nearly 350 participants.
Their work and involvement in the Nice Carnival illustrate the neighborhoods’ attachment to their Carnival and create genuine interaction with the spectators.
This year, many troupes are participating: the Ciamade, Melting Danse, the Youth Brass Band of Nice, the 21×29.7 association, the Valdocco, the La Providence cultural center and the Semeuse, the Magnan area and Brasuka show, Swing and show, FM School, Young dream, the Village, the Forum Nice Nord, Nissa Pantaï, the Echo de la chaumière Brass Band and Lou Caïreu. The Queen of May will also be present.
After an opening with the equestrian brigade, the route will start from Rauba Capeù with a first stop at #ILoveNice, followed by the Castel Beach, the cours Jacques Chirac, and the iconic Place Masséna to finish the festivities at the mirror pool on the Promenade du Paillon.
