The UPE06 launches a program to boost SMEs and micro-enterprises.

Latest News

The UPE06 is launching a new session of the Boost Côte d’Azur program. After a successful first edition earlier this year, this program will restart on November 19, 2024.

Designed to support the growth of businesses in the department through external growth operations, the Boost Côte d’Azur program returns next month. This project, a first in France, combines a fund managed by Connect Pro and a support program operated by the Regional Institute of Business Leaders (IRCE), which boasts over 30 years of expertise. Many local partners are also supporting this initiative.

Boost Côte d’Azur targets businesses in the Alpes-Maritimes with a turnover between 1 and 10 million euros. The goal is to support leaders in their external growth projects. It offers the necessary tools to validate their strategy, identify the company to acquire, anticipate organizational and human changes, and master the acquisition process.

Personalized Support

Participants will benefit from a structured program, combining peer exchanges and the expertise of recognized specialists. The initiative will enable them to finance their project, secure the acquisition of the target company, and succeed in the post-acquisition transition.

The most successful projects may also access funding via the Boost Côte d’Azur fund. Interested leaders can apply on the IRCE website until October 23, 2024. More information is available online on the UPE06 website. Register at irce.fr/accelerateur-boost-06.
