Initially, Astrid wanted to open “a small salad bar, near a high school or university, as I easily connect with young people,” but the charming manager does not regret her choice. Today, the Water Bar enjoys a good reputation among students and has successfully retained a number of regulars. “Many people ask me to rent out the bar for birthdays, meetings, or private parties,” Astrid confirms.
