The 13th edition of the Sports Victories will be held on February 13, 2025, at the Palais Nikaïa. Residents of Nice are invited to vote for their favorite champions before February 10.
This year, Nice is relaunching its Sports Victories, an event that honors both amateur and professional athletes from Nice. This 13th edition will take place on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 6 PM at the Palais Nikaïa. This event returns after a year marked by remarkable performances from local athletes and major sporting events. The ceremony will feature shows and awards presentations. There will be moments dedicated to innovation, health, economy, and research, all connected to the world of sports.
17 Nominees to be Voted On
As every year, the people of Nice can participate by voting for their favorite athletes on the official website until February 10, 2025, at 10 AM. Three categories are highlighted: women, men, and disabled/para-sport.
In the women’s category, the names of Charlotte Bonnet (swimming), Margot Chevrier (athletics), and Manon Fiorot (MMA) stand out. They are joined by Stefania Gladki (figure skating), Emily Halifax (diving), and Karen Clement (alpine skiing).
In the men’s category, the candidates are Clément Champoussin (cycling), Makenson Gletty (decathlon), Axel Sola (MMA), Ludovic Montoro (pétanque), Rakyb Mohamed Radji (boxing), and Adam Siao Him Fa (figure skating).
Finally, in the disabled sports category, there are Raphaël Dutay (para swimming), Frédéric Guigonis (para karate), Serge Robin (para fencing), Maxime Montaggioni (para snowboarding), and Sébastien Filippini (torball).
The results will be revealed during the ceremony on February 13, which will also announce the godfather or godmother of this edition. This evening will be an opportunity to celebrate the values of sports and to acknowledge the performances that make Nice shine.
